Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Haast Software ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Race 21 mobile app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a username/display name, handled through our authentication provider (Supabase). If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive a basic identifier from that provider.
• Gameplay data. Game results, scores, leaderboard entries, achievements, in-game coin balances, perks, and daily-challenge activity associated with your account.
• Purchase information. When you buy a product (e.g. "Remove Ads"), purchase and entitlement data is processed by Google Play and our purchase provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Advertising & device identifiers. To show ads we and our ads provider (Google AdMob) may process your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, and general device information.

How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the App (accounts, multiplayer, leaderboards, achievements, perks).
• To process and restore purchases and apply entitlements (e.g. ad-free).
• To display advertising and measure its delivery.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Advertising & Your Choices

The App shows ads via Google AdMob. Where required (e.g. for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we present a consent prompt before serving personalized ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings. You can also reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

We share data only as needed with service providers that help us run the App:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (privacy).
• Google AdMob / Google Play Services — advertising and platform services (privacy).
• RevenueCat — purchase and subscription management (privacy).

Data is encrypted in transit. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see Delete Your Account. Some records (e.g. transaction history) may be retained where required by law or by the app store.

Children's Privacy

Race 21 depicts simulated card play ("21"/blackjack) with no real-money gambling. The App is not directed to children and is intended for an adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, by us and our service providers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective" date on this page.
